Communication is the key to a happy customer.. If I think I am going to be late more than 3 minutes to a scheduled appointment I call and let them know I could possibly be late.
Therefore giving them a right to choice whether they will go on with different plans.
Say what you mean , mean what you say and dont be mean when you say it is a challenge but very necessary in a customers happiness when project is completed. In how to do that starts with thinking before speaking listening to the customer needs and not promising more than you can deliver and always and always and always be honest no matter what the consequence could be
